Partner at Network VC, a Silicon Valley-founded venture platform, where he leads the defence-tech investment arm Network Defence Acceleration. He backed a Ukrainian-founded deeptech company through three rounds — from pre-seed to Series A over eight years — ahead of its 2026 Nasdaq IPO, a 75x return. He co-founded VC House EU, a network of 9000+ European investors, and runs 30+ Unicorn Events a year across Lisbon, Zurich, London, Limassol and Tashkent. Based in Ljubljana, he is a regular at Eurosatory and other defence-tech gatherings.

She is currently linked to Launch4 as Business Strategy Lead, contributing to the company's strategic definition and growth. Launch4 develops solutions based on data infrastructure, proprietary models and applied intelligence, with Almena as its market-intelligence platform applied to the energy sector. She trained at ESCP Business School, with specialized studies in energy, technology, business intelligence and digital transformation.

David Meléndez

An R&D Engineer and founder of TechFrontiers, with over fifteen years of experience in cybersecurity and hardware hacking. He has presented his research at DEF CON, Black Hat and RootedCON, and is the creator of several custom drones and the author of «Hacking with Drones». His work spans embedded and RF systems, electronic warfare and counter-UAS in unmanned platforms, and signals security in critical infrastructure such as railway signalling (ERTMS).
